Foundational STEAM
About the Program
Our Foundational STEAM Programs offer a 90‑minute drop‑off learning experience centered on meaningful, hands‑on exploration in engineering, robotics, coding, science, math, and art. Students can immerse themselves in a single discipline or rotate between subjects, giving them both depth and freedom as they grow.
Our curriculum is intentionally sequenced and guided by ongoing, low‑pressure assessment. Each learner begins with a brief skill and interest check, allowing instructors to understand their starting point. From there, students follow an individualized curriculum aligned with our STEAMATIC pathways, ensuring steady growth, appropriate challenge, and a learning journey that adapts as they develop.
-

Engineering
Students engage in age‑appropriate engineering challenges that mirror real design cycles. They plan, build, test, and refine structures or mechanisms using guided prompts aligned with their pathway level.
-

Robotics
Learners progress through robotics builds that increase in complexity over time. They assemble components, integrate sensors or motors, and apply logic suited to their current mastery.
-

Science
Learners conduct inquiry‑based investigations tied to physical, life, or earth science concepts. They make predictions, run experiments, and document findings to build scientific reasoning.
-

Math
Students apply math authentically through measurement, spatial reasoning, pattern recognition, and data collection embedded within their engineering and robotics work.
-

Art
Art supports both creative expression and design thinking. Students sketch ideas, prototype visually, and explore materials that strengthen creativity, spatial awareness, and engineering fluency
-

Coding
Students advance through individualized coding tracks, from block‑based logic to text‑based programming, strengthening computational thinking through hands‑on, creative projects.
